We are a duo (Jacki-E & P-Mac) who present our own radio show every Saturday at 10pm UK time, 11pm CET on both NLive Radio www.nliveradio.com and Circl8 Radio www.circl8radio.com and 10pm EST (3am Sunday UK time, 4am Sunday CET) on House Nation Toronto Radio www.hntradio.com.. We put the show together at our home studio. The show is streamed worldwide on the internet via the Tune In Radio app. Each show is posted on our Soundcloud and Mixcloud pages once it has been streamed. We also play gigs as A Darker Wave and we have played at events in Germany, Birmingham, the East Midlands and Brighton. The music we play is techno, tech house and deep house. Each show is 2 hours long. In the first hour we go into the mix with our featured EP of the week and the best of the new releases. In the second hour we invite new and upcoming DJs to come onto the show and do a guest mix. Why are you called A Darker Wave? The guest mix in the second hour is by Azza Huasca who’s from Queensland, Australia. His style is a fluid mix of house, tribal and world beats. He’s played all over the world including sunsets on the beach in Tulum, Mexico and many other weird and wonderful places. His mix consists entirely of tracks from the forthcoming Frisson Records Various Artists album ‘Alchemists of Tyranny’ released on 6th Dec 2022 and curated by Andertwin.

The guest mix in the second hour is by DJ Psy Inertia from Mumbai in India. Not only is he a DJ, he’s also a Beatboxer & a Voice-Over Artist. He started playing music professionally in 2000 and quickly earned a name for himself playing dynamic and exciting Progressive House & Melodic Techno sets. He holds residencies on More Bass Radio (New York), Beach Radio (London), Scientific Sound Radio (Vietnam) and Maxximixx Electra (Tel Aviv).

He began DJ-ing in the mid-1990s and played his first gigs supporting Chris Liebling, Robag Wruhme and Miss Kittin amongst others. He’s been making his own tracks since 2020 and his most recent release is the EP ‘Work, Life, Distance’ out on 4th November 2022 on his own label, We Have Cookies. The guest mix in the second hour is by RN7 who’s from Munich. He began DJ-ing just a couple of years ago and was quickly in demand in Munich`s underground techno scene. In 2022 he began making his own tracks and his first release is on Munich label City of Drums, October 2022. His style is driving peak time techno and he’s also a member of Kollektiv Club 10/10 in Munich.
