We are a duo (Jacki-E & P-Mac) who present our own radio show every Saturday at 10pm UK time, 11pm CET on both NLive Radio www.nliveradio.com and Circl8 Radio www.circl8radio.com and 10pm EST (3am Sunday UK time, 4am Sunday CET) on House Nation Toronto Radio www.hntradio.com.. We put the show together at our home studio. The show is streamed worldwide on the internet via the Tune In Radio app. Each show is posted on our Soundcloud and Mixcloud pages once it has been streamed. We also play gigs as A Darker Wave and we have played at events in Germany, Birmingham, the East Midlands and Brighton. The music we play is techno, tech house and deep house. Each show is 2 hours long. In the first hour we go into the mix with our featured EP of the week and the best of the new releases. In the second hour we invite new and upcoming DJs to come onto the show and do a guest mix. Why are you called A Darker Wave? The guest mix in the second hour is by Stefan de las Heras aka SNIR who’s from Idar-Oberstein in the west of Germany. A lover of peak time techno his mixes are filled with energy, vocals, beats, breaks and drops. As a DJ he aims to evoke feelings of freedom, warmth and excitement and he certainly achieves that in the mix he's done for us.

The guest mix in the second hour is by SRS, a DJ / Producer from London. He began mixing on vinyl in the late eighties. A regular at the Astoria Night Club in London, where Nicky Holloway ran a club night called ‘The Trip’ and where DJ’s such as Andrew Weatherall, Carl Cox, Fabio & Grooverider and DJ Hype regularly played. SRS has been producing his own tracks for 3 years and is currently working on a project under the pseudonym Lakota Rayn, producing tracks in the Deep House and Organic House genres. His mixes are deep and diverse and this one is no exception!!

An accomplished presence behind the decks, he’s capable of mixing a wide range of sounds. He’s released on Flow Records and Digital Diamonds and is now about to release on underground Australian label Frisson Records’ VA album “Reverse Ozmosis” with a remix of Venus Vision’s "Ominous Solace." To mark Anyer’s debut on Frisson, his mix consists entirely of tracks from “Reverse Ozmosis” which is out now:-

The guest mix in the second hour is by Ant Wilson aka Chicago Loop. He started in early 90’s London at rave and warehouse parties and ran his own record label from the Kinetec studio and record shop in London. In 2013 his Chicago Loop alias was born to focus on upfront, modern techno. Releases on labels such as Phobiq, Respekt, Toolroom, and many others followed. He is in constant demand on the international touring circuit and his DJ sets deliver fresh, no-nonsense techno to the dance floor.

He’s a prolific Producer with four releases to his name already this year and two more due in the next couple of weeks. “Dark Wave” written as a tribute to this show, comes out on 10th June 2022 and “Rogue” on 17th June 2022, both on Fuzion Music.
