We are a duo (Jacki-E & P-Mac) who present our own radio show every Saturday at 10pm UK time, 11pm CET on both NLive Radio www.nliveradio.com and Circl8 Radio www.circl8radio.com and 10pm EST (3am Sunday UK time, 4am Sunday CET) on House Nation Toronto Radio www.hntradio.com.. We put the show together at our home studio. The show is streamed worldwide on the internet via the Tune In Radio app. Each show is posted on our Soundcloud and Mixcloud pages once it has been streamed. We also play gigs as A Darker Wave and we have played at events in Germany, Birmingham, the East Midlands and Brighton. The music we play is techno, tech house and deep house. Each show is 2 hours long. In the first hour we go into the mix with our featured EP of the week and the best of the new releases. In the second hour we invite new and upcoming DJs to come onto the show and do a guest mix. Why are you called A Darker Wave? The guest mix in the second hour is by Fernando Caneo, a techno DJ / Producer from Valparaíso in Chile. His sets and productions are characterized by impactful sounds that maintain a constant danceable rhythm along with explosive drops. He makes exclusive edits for his DJ sets to engage the audience and leave his own unique mark which he calls Fantastic Techno. The set you’re about to hear was recorded at "The House" Club in Valparaíso. With vocal edits and samples from older tracks, all driven by powerful techno drums, it’s exciting and dramatic.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Tobi Tobermann, a DJ / Producer from Frankfurt-am-Main in Germany. He learnt how to DJ in the late 90’s on vinyl and for many years played an active part in the techno scene until the demands of his professional career took him away from music. He returned to the decks in 2020 and his style is Peak Time and Acid Techno. His latest track, a collab with Dennis Nocken, was released by Red Channel Records in 2023 and you can hear it at the end of his set.
