We are a duo (Jacki-E & P-Mac) who present our own radio show every Saturday at 10pm UK time, 11pm CET on both NLive Radio www.nliveradio.com and Circl8 Radio www.circl8radio.com and 10pm EST (3am Sunday UK time, 4am Sunday CET) on House Nation Toronto Radio www.hntradio.com.. We put the show together at our home studio. The show is streamed worldwide on the internet via the Tune In Radio app. Each show is posted on our Soundcloud and Mixcloud pages once it has been streamed. We also play gigs as A Darker Wave and we have played at events in Germany, Birmingham, the East Midlands and Brighton. The music we play is techno, tech house and deep house. Each show is 2 hours long. In the first hour we go into the mix with our featured EP of the week and the best of the new releases. In the second hour we invite new and upcoming DJs to come onto the show and do a guest mix. Why are you called A Darker Wave? The guest mix in the 2nd hr is by Daryl Johnson, a DJ and Producer from Mainz in Germany. With releases on Technological Records and SE7ens Digital he is commanding attention in the techno universe for his catchy melodic synths, hard hitting drums, epic build ups and climatic drops. His latest three track release, ‘The Path’ EP, is a perfect example. His DJ sets have all the dynamics and energy of Driving and Peak Time Techno.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Humberto Plaza, a DJ/Producer from Almeria in Spain. He soon established a reputation which saw him playing gigs in other parts of Spain such as Andalucia, Granada, Cadiz, Malaga & Madrid. His own productions feature acid basslines, percussive drums and gritty synth chords. He’s had releases on Cerebro, Sound Kleckse, Booster Music and Exetra Records. His latest release, ‘Core Space’ came out on IAMT Red in April 2023.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Alosoul, an Italian/Dutch DJ/Production duo created in 2020 from the fusion of a percussionist/DJ and an electric guitarist, both of whom have the same passion for Techno music. Making a huge impact on the techno scene they’ve had three releases on Exetra Records, appearing on Beatport's Hype Top 100 Techno chart for a month with ‘The Sky is Falling’. Their next release, ‘Feel Me’ is out on Exetra on 26th May 2023.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Serdar Dübüş aka Beat Tekniks is originally from Istanbul in Turkey and is now based in Seoul, Korea. He moved to Korea from the United States where he’s been based since 2018. There he got involved in the electronic music scene in Brooklyn, NY playing many DJ gigs at private events and in clubs. His preferred genre is techno and his mixes are energetic and powerful journeys through rave culture.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Adam Doppler from Colmar in France. A DJ since 2003 and founding member of the electro band C.H.U.D. (from 2005 to 2010), he’s explored a lot of different styles in Djing from Hardcore to Breakbeat. Always eclectic, he’s now settled on driving, peak time techno for the set you’re about to hear.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Nao Tamura who’s from Osaka, Japan and has been a 
DJ for 25 years.
 Influenced by the music of Yoji Biomehanika, he started as a Psytrance / Hard Trance DJ, In 2021 he met gizm0x, makers of the TB-303 clone, and moved on to Peak Time / Driving Techno, Hard Techno and Melodic Techno. 
In 2021 he became a resident DJ at Profoundradio.com in the UK with a regular fortnightly show called ‘Trance Meet Techno.’
